Refund policy
At Black Spur Spice Co., we take pride in what leaves our hands and lands on your table.
Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns on opened or unopened seasonings, spices, or other edible goods. Once a bottle leaves our place, we can’t guarantee how it’s been handled, and we won’t send anything back out that we wouldn’t put on our own table.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s a problem with quality, send us a note within 7 days of delivery at sales@blackspurspiceco.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by the carrier or by incorrect information entered at checkout.
